One of the many benefits of Spring: outdoor craft excursions. Last week we were in dire need of some novelty one evening so we decided to take the art easel outside to practice some paint flinging. Lisa and I stood behind Lyra, which meant she got some generous splats in her hair, but she didn't seem to mind too much. We'll have to come up with a variety of painting methods to try with the easel outside this summer. They have to be messy though, cause that's a big part of the fun.
